How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 weeks from ordering. However, we do travel to show route periodically in the year and your order may be delayed. Upon order you will be advised as to when shipping will occur. If the time frame is not acceptable, you have the option of refunding your payment.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Priority mail for smaller items and UPS Ground for larger items. In either case you will receive a tracking number upon shipment via email.
Can I request a certain color?
The torch coloring of carbon steel brings out beautiful colors of gold and blue with some red and purple mixed in. Silver is the bare steel color. If you see that you would like your artwork colored a certain way, please send a note with your order, or a contact form. We will let you know if we can do what you ask.
