1) How is this metal art mounted/hung?
Each artwork comes with a welded on sawtooth wall hanger for mounting.
2) Can I have my Metal Art indoors and outdoors?
The manufacturer of the polymer clear coating specifies indoor use only and Circle D Metal Art assumes no responsibility for wall art used outdoors, however, we have artwork outdoors with this finish with no ill effects. The coating can be cleaned and polished with spray on furniture polish.
3) Are all metal art designs the same?
Our designs are hand drawn and hand cut from patterns made by us. Therefore, each finished artwork will be slightly different from another.
4) Do you have your brand on your Metal Art?
Each piece will have a signature metal stamp of a Circle D.
5) What kind of finish does your metal art have?
This metal artwork has been torch colored, then coated with a polished, clear epoxy coating. It is coated on both sides, with only one side "finished". This finish can be polished with spray on furniture polish.
6) What colors are in this metal art?
Torch coloring the polished steel will produce colors ranging from silver, to light gold, to darker golds, reds, purple, dark blue, to the final color of light blue. Colors deepen and darken with hotter temperatures.
7) What about shipping?
We use USPS Priority mail for small packages and UPS ground for larger packages. There is a shipping fee for each item and it is added to the price of the artwork.
9) How do I place an order with you?
You may order directly from our website using Pay Pal. You may also telephone, or email your order information. We can accept, by telephone, your VISA/Mastercard or Discover as payment. You may also check our schedule page to see if we will be exhibiting at a show near you.
11) How will I be billed for shipping?
Each item has a shipping fee and it will be added to the total of your ordered items.
12) What is your return policy?
If an item is undamaged we can exchange or refund the purchase price. The customer pays shipping back to us and we pay shipping for replacement, if needed, back to customer.
14) How long does it take to receive an order?
We make each artwork as ordered. Sometimes we are on the road exhibiting at art shows. From order time to shipping is from 1 to 4 weeks. When you place an order we will respond with a time estimate for shipping.
15) Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will not be added.
